The medium-sized dry steam rapid cooker 305 GTP is commonly used in large-scale catering operations. With its 3 x 1/1 GN trays, it can freshly prepare up to 650 servings per hour with precise timing.

The evaporation of water and resulting increase in volume create a saturated steam atmosphere in the GTP cooking chamber, which ensures outstanding heat transfer to the food. Compared to hot air or combi-steam, saturated steam offers significant advantages in terms of heat transfer density. Shorter cooking times mean less nutrient loss and healthier food.
