Hoku Single-Shaft Shredder
H 600 - Compact, Robust, High Throughput

-----

Technical Manufacturer Description:

The H600 high-performance shredder, with its flexible application possibilities, is able to process all types of wood materials (hardwood, softwood, chipboard, MDF materials, plywood, veneer offcuts, etc.) into fuel chips, achieving significant volume reduction for bulky materials. The hydraulically controlled pusher feeds the wood waste to be shredded into the cutting area of the rotor, with automatic and load-dependent control. The high-performance E-rotor made of solid steel has a diameter of 252 mm and operates at a rotor speed of 85-95 rpm. The concave-ground, aggressive, and four-way reversible knives/cutting crowns are positioned in milled knife pockets on special knife carriers. This highly efficient system guarantees high throughput, low energy consumption, and optimal discharge of shredded material by reducing the cutting gap between the counter-knife and rotor. Chip size (10 - 60 mm) depends on screen perforation.
