The undersigned, DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County, VAT no. RO27987796, reg. no.: 2A0522, represented by insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian in his capacity as judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. – in bankruptcy, with its registered office in Dej Municipality, 6 Dumbrava Roșie Street, ground floor, apt. 1, Cluj County, registered with the Trade Register attached to Cluj Tribunal under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed as such by Civil Ruling no. 1278 of 03.07.2025 pronounced by the Cluj Specialised Tribunal in case no. 442/1285/2025,

hereby organizes a public auction with ascending bids for the sale of the asset(s) specified in this announcement.
The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00 at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. premises in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County. In the event of no successful sale, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For asset inspection, the liquidator will schedule a viewing day on 04.02.2026 between 10:00-14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator and express their intention to participate prior to the scheduled date.

In the event of a successful sale, the judicial liquidator will issue the fiscal invoice for the value of the asset(s) awarded. The conversion of the sale price into RON will be made on the date of the invoice using the exchange rate published by the National Bank of Romania for that day.

The minimum bid increment is 5% of the starting price.

The terms of reference for participation in the auction will be drawn up by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry practices, contain the auction rules, and will be sold by the insolvency practitioner at a price of 500 RON + VAT for assets up to 5,000 EUR and 1,000 RON + VAT for assets over 5,000 EUR. The terms can be purchased at the liquidator's office or by phone, in which case they will be sent via email.

The participation guarantee will be 10% of the starting price. This, together with the required documentation for registration, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date at the liquidator's office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the asset(s) for the successful bidder and refunded to those who are not declared winners.

In the event of equal bids, the successful bidder will be the person who commits to pay the full price in the shortest possible time.

The payment term for the sale price will be 5 working days from the adjudication date. If the remaining price is not paid, the successful bidder will lose the participation guarantee paid as a deposit and will be excluded from participation in subsequent auctions.
