Used single-sided HOMAG edge banding machine, for straight edges; suitable for jointing, gluing and post-processing of various edge materials. Fixed fence on the right side.

SPECIFICATION / EQUIPMENT:
Base machine with 80 mm wide transport chain as workpiece feed system,
- Max. workpiece thickness: 60 mm
- Motorized height-adjustable top pressure
- Workpiece support with rollers, movable on rails
- Glue pot lift-off when feed is stopped
- Glue roller clamping in front of workpiece rear edge
- (Remote) manual control for easy machine setup
- Adjustable infeed fence via NC axis
- Jointing unit for conventional/climb milling, 2x3.5kW, automatically actuated

GLUING SECTION A20, consisting of:
- QA34 glue application unit
- Pre-melter for EVA adhesive
- Edge magazine, min. 0.4 mm to max. 20 mm edge thickness
- Pressure zone with automatic horizontal adjustment (NC) to edge thickness, 1 powered, 6 non-powered pressure rollers

POST-PROCESSING SECTION:
- HL81 end trimming unit, 2 motors (front/rear edge)
with motorized fine adjustment of trim stops
- Pre-/flush milling unit 1.5 kW, top/bottom
- FK13 contour milling unit (corner rounding), 2 motors (top/bottom)
with automatic 8-position tool changer
with multiple interchangeable heads
- MN11 profile scraper, top/bottom, with automatic turret positioning
- FA10 flat scraper, top/bottom, (version with 3 tracing rollers)
- KS10 belt sanding unit, straight edges, with oscillation
- Buffing unit, top/bottom
