Condition & Fault Description
The machine was running flawlessly until recently, but now displays various axis configuration and CC/PLC errors at startup:
Heidenhain TNC 620 faults include:
"Timeout during CC command processing"
"The PLC program was stopped"
"HSCI initialization failed"
"HSCI Ethernet connection interrupted"
"Configuration error on axis X/Y/Z/S"
The Command/Control unit (CC) has already been replaced, but the error persists.
