Compaction Head
Two H-frames made of cast stainless steel, connected with distance bolts. Two laterally foldable arms allow for quick and easy changing of the rollers. The arms are secured with two tie rods that also absorb the compaction roller’s pressure forces. A chamber insert guides the product flow, and two core pieces provide roller sealing.

Pre-compaction Unit
The pre-compaction unit is mounted on a support column and can be lifted off and swung to the side. The feed hopper (with two braking strips) includes a cylindrical/conical pre-compaction screw. A limit switch ensures that the compaction rollers and screw are switched off when the pre-compaction unit is lifted.
