Scope of supply: Pulvis grinding system including gas distributor, dosing screw, butterfly valve, Pulvis PV 800 mill with TTD 315 classifier head, mill with 37kW motor and classifier with 45kW motor, air filter, butterfly valve, blower and control cabinet.

Technical details: System without explosion protection (NPSR), no ATEX classification, not suitable for use with inert gas. Constructed from mild steel, with wear protection (ceramic) in the mill.

The Hosokawa Alpine Pulvis agitated ball mill combines our technology and experience in ball milling with our air classification technology in a single machine, enabling the production of ultra-fine products in one step.
This system is in very good condition and has seen little use. It includes a TTD classifier, with a superior performance to our traditional ATP air classifier. This allows for either finer results or reduced wear and energy consumption, depending on the application and production parameters.
