Heatable for aqueous cleaning agents. Designed for the rapid removal of oil and grease contamination. Versatile use for fully automatic cleaning of small parts from production, manufacturing, and maintenance, such as bolts, bushings, and ball bearings.

The contaminated parts are placed in the rotating wash basket and the lid is closed. After setting the desired washing temperature and time, the device is switched on and the detergent solution in the tank is heated. Inside the closed machine, the basket rotates at a constant speed around its own axis. The pump units draw the detergent solution from the wash tank and distribute it through six overlapping stainless steel flat-spray nozzle pipes. Thanks to the uniform rotation of the motor-driven basket, the parts are intensively treated with hot solution from all sides.

When the cleaning process is complete, the machine switches off automatically.
