Heatable for aqueous cleaning agents. Removes oil and grease residues in the shortest possible time.

Universally applicable for the fully automatic cleaning of medium to large parts such as engines, gearboxes, agitators, etc., as well as for small parts from production, manufacturing, and maintenance, such as bolts, bushings, or ball bearings.

Easy handling thanks to the fully automatic cleaning process.

The wash tank is filled with a mixture of water and water-soluble IBS special cleaner (cleaning solution). The contaminated parts to be cleaned are placed in the rotating wash basket and the lid is closed.

After setting the desired washing temperature and time, the unit is started and the solution in the tank is heated. Inside the closed unit, the basket rotates at a constant speed around its own axis.

The items to be cleaned are intensively sprayed from all sides with the hot cleaning solution during rotation of the motor-driven basket.

After completion of the cleaning cycle, the unit shuts off automatically.
