Fully Automatic Solvent Cleaning System KP50 HMA

Designed for operation with solvents (hydrocarbon or modified alcohol) under full vacuum.

The cleaning and drying process takes place fully automatically in a closed work chamber under vacuum. Component cleaning is performed by spraying, turbulence flooding, ultrasonic cleaning, and vacuum-assisted cleaning using freshly filtered and distilled solvent from the two supply tanks. Additionally, vapor degreasing with high-purity solvent vapor can be conducted directly from the main distillation unit. Final vacuum drying ensures components are 100% dry, while the double condensation stage minimizes solvent loss and guarantees the lowest emission and workplace exposure values (AGW).
