Edge banding unit for 4-sided edging and all-round joint gluing, featuring:
- Main pressure roller, diameter 100 mm, with pneumatically controlled secondary pressure roller, diameter 35 mm
- Glue application for edge material coating, with temperature and level control
- Servo drive for edge feed, with automatic adjustment to feed speed
- Hot air post-activation unit, 7.5 kW, on the glue application side
- IR emitter, 600 watts, on the decorative side for material forming with small radii
- Pneumatically driven separating saw
