The manual fiber laser welder is a modern alternative to TIG and MIG/MAG welding. It is ideal for welding thin materials as well as thicker ones when higher laser power is used.
Laser welding results in significantly less thermal deformation, up to 4x faster operation, and finish-quality welding that requires no additional processing. Achieving a visually appealing and durable weld is much easier compared to conventional welding methods.
Welding thin aluminum and stainless steel is simple and effortless, unlike TIG welding, which requires a highly skilled operator. The ability to feed wire—or even two wires simultaneously—allows bridging larger gaps and achieving wider weld beads.
