The pasteurizer is suitable for the thermal treatment of liquid, low-viscosity food products. The unit is designed in accordance with food hygiene requirements. Heat treatment is carried out via a heat exchanger equipped with a stainless steel tube coil. Thermal energy is supplied by a heating oil boiler. The water temperature in the heating circuit is controlled by the boiler controller. The temperature of the treated liquid is managed via a controlled changeover valve. Temperature monitoring takes place at two points: one in the heating medium and one at the product outlet. The device automatically regulates the temperature of the heating medium. The operation is fully automated. If the temperature of the juice to be pasteurized drops below the desired setpoint, the outlet of the device is locked, and the juice circulates in the bypass system until the set temperature is reached. The unit then resumes dispensing. After operation, the tube coil can be easily cleaned using a sponge ball system. The device requires only minimal maintenance.
