Washing line for fruit and vegetables. The unit is constructed entirely from stainless steel. It features a sorting grid, washing tank, and conveyor belt. The fruit drops into the water and, after pre-washing, is conveyed by the belt where it is thoroughly cleaned with fresh water. The cleaned produce is then transferred to the mill, where various sieves can be used to achieve the desired mash consistency. The washing line is equipped with a dosing attachment for packing presses.
