The iMG 1010 is a compact solution for machining workpieces up to 100x100x100 mm. Thanks to its base structure made of polymer concrete, it ensures precise processing of a wide variety of materials such as titanium, steel, CoCr, ceramics, sapphire, zirconium, or aluminum. Particularly noteworthy is the arrangement of the Y-axis, which, due to its installation positions, provides high stability and exceptional vibration damping. Nearly all positions on the workpiece are accessible without reclamping. The selection of clamping devices and holders in combination with the zero-point clamping system makes the machine a versatile machining center. Its design allows for both wet and dry machining without time-consuming changeover. The CNC machine can be optionally upgraded with a loading and unloading system that accesses the machine room from the right, left, or from above, enabling automated workpiece changeover.

The zero-point clamping system serves as an interface and ensures exact and repeatable positioning of the workpiece. Through software interfaces, the system can be integrated into network-controlled, automated manufacturing processes. The maintenance-friendly design and durable direct-drive spindles save both service costs and time, providing a reliable machining system. During design, special attention was paid to ensuring that all components are easily accessible while still being protected from external influences, guaranteeing a long service life. The sophisticated system offers numerous possibilities for expansion.
