The PREMIUM 5030 is a 3-axis HSC milling system specifically designed to meet the demands of ultra-precise machining of small precision engineering parts, micro-machining, and graphite/copper electrode milling. To ensure this level of accuracy, all essential factors for reliable and process-safe production have been integrated into the machine design. The solid machine base, consisting of a natural hard stone granite portal with decoupled Y-axis, guarantees high rigidity and long-term stability.

The granite components are manufactured to the DIN 876 / Grade 00 accuracy standard. Cutting-edge linear motor technology and the incremental measurement system ensure highest positioning accuracy even at highly dynamic feed rates. The state-of-the-art control technology (High-Speed-Cutting) provides smooth path movements with outstanding precision and intuitive operator guidance, achieved here with the Heidenhain® TNC 640 control system.
