Lot of 5 UHP water jetting machines, including a large assortment of spare parts and accessories as follows:

- 1 x High-pressure water jetting unit equipped with a Deutz-MWM V-8 diesel engine
o Infinitely variable pressure adjustment from 0–1400 bar and 0–2800 bar.
o Overflow/dump system. With a piston change kit enabling:
- 1400 bar at 99 liters/minute and
- 2800 bar at 46 liters/minute.
The high-pressure head with sleeves and valves remains the same for both pressure stages (1400 and 2800 bar).
Pressure stage change between 1400 and 2800 bar is realized via a simple and straightforward piston change.

- The system was built in 2013 and kept as a backup machine, only used once for 14 hours at 2800 bar for a heat exchanger cleaning project. The UHP unit is mounted on a galvanized steel frame.

- The Deutz-MWM engine was purchased used with approx. 3,000 operating hours and equipped in 2013 with a new Jetech UHDW high-pressure water jet pump.
- Included is a large quantity of accessories and spare parts, such as: dump guns & foot valves, swivels, rotary joints, surface cleaners, rotary nozzles, high-pressure lances, nozzle inserts, seals, special tools, etc.

- An identical UHP water jetting unit is also available, fitted with a Scania V-8 engine and 850 operating hours at max. 1400 bar / 99 liters/minute. This unit also features a piston change kit for both 1400 bar/99 l/min and 2800 bar/46 l/min. The unit is housed in a 20-foot container with an 800-liter diesel tank and workbench/vice.

- Furthermore, 3 additional high-pressure water jet units are available, each with 110 kW power output. 2 of these are equipped with piston change kits for 1400 and 2800 bar. The third unit is a Kamat K11000 with 2800 bar working pressure.

- Also available: a hydraulic heat exchanger cleaning device with a rotating lance, mounted on a scissor lift table, suitable for very large heat exchangers.

All equipment is from the closure of my company due to retirement. The complete package is being sold as a single lot, including all machines and accessories.

Price for the entire lot: €150,000 (collection only) in D-36404 Vacha/Germany. Delivery within Germany can be arranged at extra cost.
