1 x High-pressure waterjet system powered by Deutz-MWM V-8 diesel engine.
Continuously adjustable pressure from 0–1400 bar and 0–2800 bar, overflow/dump system, with interchangeable plunger kit as follows:
- 1400 bar at 99 l/min
- 2800 bar at 46 l/min
The high-pressure head, sleeves, and valves remain the same for both 1400 and 2800 bar operations. Pressure changeover between 1400 and 2800 bar is achieved with a simple plunger exchange.

This unit was built in 2013 and kept as a backup machine, however, it was only operated once for 14 hours at 2800 bar for a heat exchanger cleaning project. The UHP waterjet unit is mounted on a galvanized steel frame.

The Deutz-MWM engine was purchased used with approx. 3,000 operating hours and equipped in 2013 with a new Jetech UHDW high-pressure pump.

Included is a large quantity of accessories and spare parts, such as dump guns and foot valves, rotary joints, swivels, surface cleaners, rotating nozzles, high-pressure lances, nozzle inserts, seals, special tools, etc.

An identical UHP waterjet system is also available, but powered by a Scania V-8 engine with 850 operating hours, max. 1400 bar / 99 l/min. This unit also has an interchangeable plunger kit for 1400 bar / 99 l/min and 2800 bar / 46 l/min. The unit is installed in a 20-foot container, equipped with an 800 l diesel tank, workbench, and vise.

In addition, three more high-pressure waterjet systems with 110 kW each are available, two of which have interchangeable plunger kits for 1400 and 2800 bar operation.
A third unit is a Kamat K11000 with 2800 bar operating pressure.

Also available is a hydraulic heat exchanger cleaning system with a rotating lance, mounted on a scissor lift table, suitable for very large heat exchangers.
