THE PRACTICAL HAND BENDING DEVICE:

The compact, mobile design enables precise and repeatable bending in a bench vise. Operation is carried out via a screw-in handle. A lockable setting ring ensures repeatable bending accuracy. Tool exchange is exceptionally simple due to the plug-in system. The principle of “stationary pipe and rotating tool” allows bending in the smallest possible space. For thin-walled pipes, sliding shoes are used for crease-free bending, enabling the production of bends with minimal deformation, e.g. for stainless steel and copper pipes. The optional model with hexagonal drive facilitates not only use in a vise, but also allows the bending device to be powered by the 3000 and 6000 systems. For this, the KBV is simply mounted onto the machine’s bending shaft.
