The washing process is fully automated, featuring an intuitive control panel and indicator lights displaying all operating stages. The washing fluid temperature is maintained between 35 and 80°C via a thermostat. Thanks to specially profiled housing (mechanical labyrinth seals), the PC 60/130 T dispenses with short-lived rubber seals.

Gas spring struts fitted with dampers ensure effortless lid opening, and a ball valve simplifies draining of the washing liquid. The Kärcher parts washer operates in a closed-loop system (using an electric pump) with a water-based cleaning solution, rather than solvents, so operators are not exposed to hazardous fumes.
