We are offering a Keyence strip light measurement system, model VL 350, including PC, software, and calibration disk.

This system can be operated as a stand-alone unit.

Strengths:
• Non-contact measurement: Utilizes optical methods without mechanical probes – ideal for measuring sensitive or finely coated workpieces (no deformation caused by probe contact).
• High accuracy & repeatability: Measurement accuracy of ±10 µm and repeatability of 2 µm make it suitable for a wide range of industrial quality control applications.
• Flexible measurement range: Suitable for larger components (up to Ø 300 mm × H 200 mm) and detailed, smaller workpieces (Ø 70 mm × H 50 mm) – supports switching between low and high magnification.
• Versatile use: The rotatable and tiltable stage enables precise measurement of different geometries and complex parts.

• Quality control and 3D inspection of components during manufacturing – such as plastic or metal workpieces.
• Measurement and reverse engineering of complex geometries, especially where non-contact measurement offers advantages.

• Digitizing components by exporting to STL format for subsequent 3D printing.
