This allows the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height according to specific requirements, thereby improving cost efficiency and ergonomics. Height adjustment is standard with a manual hydraulic system within a range of 650 – 1050 mm (other heights available upon request). The table systems can be easily relocated using pallet trucks. These mobile systems, featuring various mounting and securing options, have proven ideal for the maintenance of injection moulding and die-casting tools. Once removed from the machine, the tools can be safely serviced locally and moved to maintenance for repairs. Thanks to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the working surface can be replaced cost-effectively in case of later wear. Table 2 below provides an overview of the available standard models.
