This allows the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height to suit specific requirements, thereby improving efficiency and ergonomics. Height adjustment is standard using a manual hydraulic system, adjustable within a range of 650 – 1050 mm (other height ranges available upon request). The worktop also features a 100 x 100 mm Ø 28 mm hole grid, similar to the SST fix series. When used in combination with processing machines, test or post-processing devices (deburring, marking, checking) can be adapted to match the clamping table height of the machine. The table system can easily be relocated using a pallet truck. These mobile systems have proven ideal, especially with various fastening and securing options, for the maintenance of injection moulding and die-casting tools. Tools can be safely maintained on-site and transferred to maintenance for repairs immediately after removal from the machine. Thanks to the fully bolted clamping plate construction, the workspace surface can be replaced economically in case of wear. The table below provides an overview of the available standard models.
