This enables the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height according to specific requirements, thereby improving efficiency and ergonomics. As standard, height adjustment is accomplished via manual hydraulics within a range of 650 – 1050 mm (other ranges available upon request). The table systems can be easily relocated using a pallet truck. These mobile systems have proven to be ideal—with various mounting and securing options—for the maintenance of injection molding and die-casting tools. Immediately after removal from the machine, tools can be safely serviced on site or transferred to the maintenance department for repairs. Thanks to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the working surface can be replaced cost-effectively in case of wear.
