Special worktable systems of the SST, SFT, and SWT fix series as 3D clamping workstations for efficient production of assembly, welding, and adhesive constructions, e.g., fixtures, railings, frames, etc. With the extensive range of clamping accessories (see catalog section Weld Table Accessories), these table systems can also be configured as flexible fixtures, allowing for high-quality production of small and medium batch sizes. The special worktables feature a 16 mm (dual Standard) or 25 mm (triple 24+1) thick worktop, which is equipped with a Ø28 mm hole grid pattern. In addition, the tabletop has a 100 x 100 mm grid marking for easy alignment of workpieces or fixtures. The hole pattern allows the use of a variety of clamping elements and positioning aids. For special use cases, the table surface can optionally be equipped (deviating from standard) in stainless steel 1.4301, aluminum, plastic, or also in high-strength materials such as ST70. Thanks to the fully bolted design of the clamping plate, the working surface can be replaced cost-effectively in case of later wear. This ensures the table system remains particularly sustainable in use.
