This table allows the user to flexibly adjust the working surface height to meet specific requirements, thereby improving efficiency and ergonomics. Height adjustment is provided as standard by a manual hydraulic system, allowing settings between 650 and 1050 mm (other ranges available on request). The worktop, like the SST fix series, features a 100 x 100 mm grid of Ø 28 mm holes. When used in combination with machining equipment, inspection or post-processing devices (deburring, marking, checking) can be adjusted to the height of the machine clamping table. The table systems can be easily relocated using a pallet truck. These mobile systems, with various fastening and securing options, have proven ideal for the maintenance of injection moulding and die-casting tools. Immediately after removal from the machine, tools can be safely serviced on-site and subsequently transferred to maintenance for repairs. Thanks to the fully bolted design of the clamping plate, the working surface can be replaced cost-effectively if it becomes worn. Table 2 below provides an overview of the available standard models.
