Special worktable systems of the SST, SFT, and SWT FIX series serve as 3D clamping and assembly workstations for the efficient production of assembly, welding, and adhesive structures such as fixtures, railings, frames, etc. With the help of the extensive range of clamping accessories (see catalogue section for welding table accessories), these table systems can also be used as flexibly configurable fixtures, thus enabling high-quality production of small and medium batch sizes.

The special worktables are equipped with a 16 mm (dual standard) or 25 mm (triple 24+1) thick worktop featuring a Ø28 mm hole grid. Additionally, the tabletop is marked with a 100 x 100 mm grid pattern for easy alignment of workpieces or fixtures. The hole pattern allows the use of a wide variety of clamping elements and positioning aids.

For special applications, the table surface can be supplied (deviating from the standard) in stainless steel 1.4301, aluminium, plastic, or high-strength materials such as ST70. Thanks to the fully bolted construction of the clamping surface, the worktop can be replaced cost-effectively in case of wear. This ensures the table system remains especially sustainable in use.
