Special workbench systems of the SST, SFT, and SWT fix series serve as 3D clamping workstations for the efficient production of assembly, welding, and bonding constructions, e.g., jigs, railings, frames, etc. With the aid of the extensive range of clamping accessories (see catalog section Weld Table Accessories), these table systems can also be used as flexibly configurable fixtures and thus enable high-quality manufacturing of small and medium-sized batches.

The special workbenches feature a 16 mm (dual standard) or 25 mm (triple 24+1) thick worktop with a Ø28 mm hole grid. Additionally, the tabletop has a 100 x 100 mm grid marking for easy alignment of workpieces or fixtures. The hole pattern allows the use of various clamping elements and positioning aids. For special applications, the tabletop surface can be supplied, deviating from the standard, in stainless steel 1.4301, aluminum, plastic, or high-strength materials such as ST70.

Thanks to the fully bolted construction of the clamping plate, the work surface can be replaced cost-effectively in case of later wear. This makes the table system particularly sustainable in use.
