In waterjet cutting, water is pressurized up to 5500 bar. Depending on the requirement and workpiece, it is then forced through a nozzle with a diameter from 0.01 to 0.08 mm. As the waterjet technology machines materials without heat input, no deformation occurs.

By adding an abrasive, waterjet cutting achieves the highest precision with tolerances of +/- 0.01 mm. Our flexible manufacturing enables both vertical and bevel cutting. We are pleased to accept your individual CAD files. Waterjet technology offers significant advantages for industry, trade, and custom prototype manufacturing.
