Operating Principle:
Processing of timber for chalet / log house construction
Beams can be machined in a single operation:
- Cross-cutting
- Horizontal and vertical milling of tenons / grooves in a single clamping
- Drilling
- Milling front grooves

Workpiece:
- Max. cutting height: 200 mm
- Max. cutting width: 250 mm

Robust welded construction.
Machine (horizontal and vertical milling units) with 4 special milling motors,
Hardened and ground guides for highest machining accuracy.
Carriage guidance by dust-protected, preloaded, ball-bearing rollers.

Working area up to 200 x 250 mm. Fully operational with contactor control,

Central connection for customer-provided chip extraction system, with 2 excenter clamps,
Without milling tools (profile cutters).
Hydropneumatic horizontal and vertical feed, electrically controlled,

Timbers thicker than 14 cm must be machined in two clampings.
