Pelleting plant for processing a wide range of materials such as wood, miscanthus, agricultural by-products and waste (hay, straw, corn stover, etc.), animal feed, and more.

This is a complete (compact) plant, mounted on a base frame and consisting of the following components:

- Raw material storage hopper 1.5 m³, including agitator
- Inclined mixer for raw material, including fill level sensors and fully automated moisture dosing
- Dosing screw for optimal material feed into the press (speed-controlled)
- Press: 5.5 kW, with horizontal ring die, discharge chute with dust separation, temperature monitoring
- Conveyor belt for pellet discharge, discharge height approx. 2.0 m

The entire system is centrally operated via Siemens PLC with touch display! All parameters are continuously monitored so that the system shuts down automatically if any issue occurs!
