The medium-sized LAGUNA 1216 lathe is distinguished especially by its robust components: cast iron construction of headstock and tailstock, precision-ground lathe bed, and tool rest with a durable, hardened steel edge.
Another highlight: ergonomic control panel made of anodized aluminum with a Duralumin speed control knob. Working speeds:
50-525, 325-1750, 650-3500 rpm. Infinitely variable speed adjustment via Duralumin regulator and 3-step belt change using a simple lever mechanism. The motor technology provides high torque even at low speeds.
Tailstock lock at the rear: stays out of the way during work, yet easily accessible. Ergonomic handles with eccentric clamping for very secure holding.
