We manufacture the offered series pressure vessels in both horizontal and vertical designs, covering a wide range of pressures and volumes in accordance with the requirements of the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU. This directive specifies the requirements for pressure equipment placed on the market within the European Economic Area (EEA) and applies to pressure equipment with a maximum allowable pressure greater than 0.5 bar above atmospheric pressure.

The PED emphasizes product safety. The materials used in constructing pressure vessels must meet strict quality standards as specified by the directive. Design, manufacturing, inspection, and installation of pressure vessels must be carried out to ensure safety.

Our pressure tanks have a broad range of applications. For instance, argon tanks are used for welding alloyed and non-alloyed steel, while nitrogen tanks are utilized in the pharmaceutical, electronics, gas, and oil industries. Air receivers are commonly used internally for storing compressed air, reducing pulsation and losses generated by the compressor. When installed in compressor rooms, pressure tanks also serve to cool the compressed air and assist in air purification by removing water accumulation and condensate. Additionally, they extend the service life of compressors by reducing operating time.

All pressure equipment manufactured by us is CE-marked and comes with comprehensive documentation required for operational approval by the Technical Inspection Authority.

Dies spart Ihnen Kosten, da kein zusätzlicher Safttank und keine weitere Pumpe benötigt werden, die ansonsten viel Platz beanspruchen und zusätzliche Ausgaben verursachen würden. Ist der Safttank voll, pumpt die Pumpe den Saft automatisch in die Lagertanks. - Die Bandpresse 3000 ist mit einer Hochdruckwaschanlage ausgestattet, die das Band der Maschine kontinuierlich reinigt. Unser Bandwaschsystem ist einfach konzipiert, kommt ohne Motoren oder Getriebe aus, was die Lebensdauer erhöht und die Wartungskosten senkt. - Das pneumatische Anheben der Schutzabdeckung der Presse ermöglicht einen leichteren Zugang bei der Reinigung. - Nach dem Betrieb sollte die Bandpresse manuell mit einem Wasserstrahl gereinigt werden. Der gesamte Reinigungsprozess dauert ca. 15–20 Minuten. Die Reinigung ist unkompliziert und alle Bauteile der Bandpresse lassen sich werkzeuglos demontieren. - Die Bandspannung ist individuell einstellbar. - Die Maschine ist komplett aus Edelstahl gefertigt und verfügt über höhenverstellbare Stellfüße für eine komfortable Nutzung. - Einfache Reinigung, da keine geschlossenen oder unzugänglichen Bereiche vorhanden sind, alle Teile sind leicht zu demontieren und zu reinigen.
