• Automatic edge feeding for coil material via a rotatable coil plate D=800 mm

• Two counter-rotating, demand-actuated pre-milling units with diamond-tipped spiral cutters ensure clean and tear-free jointing of the workpieces before edge banding

• Long infeed fence (650 mm) with support

• Teflon-coated, quick-change glue pot with 1.5 kg capacity, drip-proof with bottom glue supply (excess glue is automatically returned to the reservoir), precise glue application by glue roller, separately adjustable glue roller temperature, electronic temperature control with automatic standby function (prevents glue from burning if the machine is not used for extended periods but remains switched on). Optional: EVA/PUR glue pot with draining/cleaning function for quick color change

• Automatic strip magazine (70 mm capacity) with spiked roller for wooden lippings.

• Pressure zone consisting of a powered pressure roller synchronized with the glue roller and two smaller, counter-tapered, spring-loaded pressure rollers ensures optimal bonding of the edge material to the workpiece; digital counter for pressure zone adjustment.

• High-frequency cut-off saw equipped with HF motor 0.35 kW, 12,000 rpm, 2 saw blades, and high-precision linear guides ensure clean and accurate cuts, equipped with extraction hood

• High-frequency combination milling station, 2 powerful 0.55 kW HF motors with HM-WPL special cutters, suitable for radius, flush, and chamfer milling; horizontal and vertical workpiece tracing; unit adjustment with digital counters for adaptation to different edge types; 2 chip extraction hoods with central extraction ports 2 x Ø 100 mm; height adjustment of upper unit via top pressure.

• Corner copying unit: Automatic processing of end edges up to 2 mm edging thickness. Equipped with a 0.27 kW high-frequency motor, switchable from the control panel. Optional single-sided (front or rear edge) or double-sided corner copying.

• Rotatable control panel with 10" color touchscreen manages glue temperature settings, automatic temperature reduction during machine idling, activation/deactivation of units, and fault diagnostics; includes digital meter counter for edge material consumption.

• LED interior lighting

• Optional Riepe spraying systems for anti-stick, NFLY, and cleaning agents
