Description:

For sale is a used Lanner Vetamat SFT350/063-DS32 swarf processing system, year of manufacture 2017.

The system is designed for processing metalworking swarf. It reliably separates coolant or oil from metal chips, thus de-oiling and drying the swarf as well as enabling the recovery of coolant/oil.
The system consists of, among other components, a DS32 push-floor centrifuge, S50GF swarf crusher, SFT350/063 hinged belt conveyor, lifting/tipping device, tank, coolant separation box, and Siemens S7 control.
According to documentation, the system is designed for short, free-flowing metal swarf and metal grinding sludge. It is not suitable for bar ends, workpieces, residual materials, scrap, extremely long swarf, woolly swarf or oversized coarse parts.

The unit was commissioned in 2018 and is in impeccable condition. The original purchase price at the time was €183,771 net (according to seller).

Inspection by appointment possible. The system must be removed "immediately" due to new machinery investments.
