Technical Features:
A double-shell thermal insulation of the wood dryer ensures excellent insulation.
The inner lining side panels are made from 1.5 mm thick, seawater-resistant special aluminium, fully welded for airtightness.
The exterior is constructed from stucco-patterned trapezoidal and smooth sheet metal.
The thermally insulated base is designed as a fully welded stainless steel tray, ensuring long-term resistance to aggressive wood constituents.
Installation of the wood dryer requires only a stable, level surface. A special continuous foundation is not necessary!
A large, easy-to-open door at the front with a wide opening angle and all-round rubber seal guarantees ease of operation and high steam tightness.
An aluminium stacking trolley for side loading and unloading, as well as interior rails and removable exterior rails, allow for convenient and space-saving operation.
Optimal and even longitudinal ventilation of the wood stack is provided by a high-performance radial blower (0.55 kW) positioned at the front end.
The wood dryer is heated by electric heating elements with a heating capacity of 6.0 kW.
Excess moisture is removed via servo-controlled supply and exhaust air flaps (Ø 100 mm).
Chamber humidity can be increased with cold water spray, as required.
The scope of delivery includes 140 straight stacking battens made of aluminium.
The standard PLC control system automatically regulates the drying process and, thanks to the 7" colour touch panel, offers user-friendly operation. Only three parameters need to be entered:
1. Wood species
2. Wood thickness
3. Desired final moisture content
Based on this data, the control system optimises the entire drying process. Your wood will be ready in the desired quality within a short period.
Standard control equipment includes:
- 3 wood moisture measuring points, incl. drive-in electrodes and sensor cables
- 1 wood equilibrium moisture sensor
- 1 air temperature sensor

We supply the Lauber wood dryer pre-assembled and ready for connection!
Comprehensive operating manual, drying recommendations, as well as installation and loading instructions are included.
