The vertical 5,000-litre storage and process tank is a classic piece of equipment dedicated for use in the food processing industry. Factory-designed and certified for the storage and internal transport of salad mayonnaise, it is ideally suited for handling high-viscosity media such as cold sauces, ketchups, mustards, liquid fats, oils, and base ingredients for ready-made dressings.

The tank features a slim, vertical design (diameter 1800 mm, height nearly 5 metres), optimising the use of available floor space in machine rooms or production halls. Constructed from acid-resistant stainless steel, it ensures complete chemical neutrality – it does not affect the taste, odour, or physicochemical properties of stored food emulsions. The vessel is engineered to operate at elevated temperatures (up to 50 °C), allowing products to be received and kept in a liquid state immediately after thermal processing or pasteurisation.
