Machine description Luna:

“The 8835 is a roll bending machine designed for the production of louvres and reflectors with a small radius, fulfilling the requirements of the latest small-diameter fluorescent tubes.

The machine is equipped with three independently driven lower rolls to minimize production time. All rolls run in adjustable support bearings, allowing easy roll adjustment for materials of varying hardness and thickness. The deflection of the upper roll is compensated by a crossbar, which pivots to provide clearance for the curved part.

All rolls are hardened and chrome-plated with polished surfaces to prevent marking. The control system allows programming of parts with constant radius and parabolic shapes. 100 programs can be stored.”
