mütek baling presses / packaging machines are designed for producing bales from a wide variety of materials such as shredded miscanthus or elephant grass, wood chips, sawdust, and chopped straw. These machines feature robust construction, ensuring consistent quality during continuous operation.
The baling press compacts material filled into the storage hopper by hydraulic pressure without the use of binding agents and packs the material into plastic bags. The material volume can be significantly reduced using the baling press. The volume reduction factor depends on the material. The maximum material moisture content must not exceed 18% ATRO.
The hopper of the mütek baling press can be loaded automatically or manually and has a capacity of approx. 0.7 m³. Hoppers with higher volumes or with integrated extraction and filter systems as complete disposal units are also available. In addition to automatic feeding by deduster, mütek offers feeding by screw conveyors. For both options, automatic dedusting is possible.

In standard version, bale dimensions are (WxDxH): 400 x 400 x 800 mm. Height can be adjusted to customer requirements on request.
