Deskripsi
The machine is equipped with two independently controlled sanding belt units, allowing the simultaneous use of two different grit sizes. Each sanding belt features separate variable speed control, effectively preventing scratches, overheating, and the clogging of the abrasive material.
The conveyor table, combined with precise height adjustment, enables sanding of materials with a thickness of up to 100 mm. Material thickness is set via a control panel with a digital display, ensuring high accuracy and convenient operation.

Each sanding drum is equipped with stepless speed regulation via frequency converter and sensors for belt tracking monitoring. These systems prevent the sanding belts from tracking off-center and automatically stop the machine in case of deviations, thereby protecting both the machine and the workpiece.
The sanding machine features a central extraction system and can be connected to industrial dust extraction units or vacuum cleaners via Ø100 mm extraction ports. In addition, each sanding belt is fitted with a pneumatic belt cleaning system that continuously removes sanding dust during operation.
Changing sanding belts is quick and straightforward – by releasing a single tensioning device, the belt can be removed. The machine is compatible with commercially available abrasive belts joined with tape. No special or proprietary abrasives are required.
