The undersigned, DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County, VAT no. RO27987796, registration no.: 2A0522, through the insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian, in his capacity as judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. – in bankruptcy, with registered office in Dej, 6 Dumbrava Roșie Street, ground floor, apt. 1, Cluj County, registered in the Trade Register attached to the Cluj Tribunal under no. J12/2389/2016, unique registration code 36225390, appointed by Civil Court Decision no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025 issued by the Cluj Specialized Tribunal in case no. 442/1285/2025,

is organizing a public auction, by outcry, with upward price bidding, for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement.

The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00, at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. office in Cluj-Napoca, 115 Septimiu Albini Street, Cluj County. If not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, and 13.05.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

To inspect the assets, the judicial liquidator will arrange a viewing day on 06.04.2026 between 09:00 and 12:00. Those interested in viewing are invited to contact the judicial liquidator at 0763 478 619 and express their intent to participate before the scheduled date.

During the course of auction sessions, the judicial liquidator may organize additional viewing days, which will be announced to interested parties.

In case of a successful bid, the judicial liquidator will issue a tax invoice for the value of the awarded assets. The conversion of the price into RON will be made on the invoice issuance date, using the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania for that date.

The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The auction terms and conditions (tender dossier) for participation will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with standard practice and will include the auction participation regulations. The dossier will be sold by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 lei + VAT for assets up to 5,000 euros and 1,000 lei + VAT for assets over 5,000 euros. It can be obtained from the liquidator's office or by phone, in which case it will be sent to the participant via email.

The participation guarantee for the auction is 10% of the starting price. This, together with the registration documents, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date at the liquidator’s office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price of the assets for which the participant is declared the winner and will be refunded to those who are not declared winners.

In the event of equal bids, the winner will be the person who undertakes to pay the full price in the shortest time.

The payment term for the price is 5 working days from the award. If the remaining amount is not paid, the winning bidder will forfeit the deposit paid as a guarantee and will not be able to participate in the following auctions.
