Aluminium Circular Saw UK 352 P, manual

The semi-automatic circular saw UK 352 P is an "upcut" machine, primarily used for cutting profile materials made of aluminum castings, copper, and hard plastics (solid materials only to a limited extent). The machine stands out for its user-friendly operation, fast and convenient material changeover, and straightforward miter angle adjustment. The UK 352 P features a steplessly adjustable miter range: 45° to the left, 0° to the right. Saw feed is automatic at the push of a button, and material clamping is managed by two pneumatically operated vertical clamping cylinders. Standard equipment includes a minimum quantity lubrication system and an air spray gun for cleaning the machine! Connections for a chip extraction system are provided as standard.

Operating Procedure
1) Set the cutting angle

2) Insert the material
3) Move clamping cylinders to within 20 mm of the material
4) Pneumatically clamp the material
5) Start the saw blade by pressing the start button
6) The saw cut is performed manually using the hand lever
7) After completing the cut, switch off the machine!
