Aluminum Circular Saw UK 352 P, manual

The semi-automatic circular saw UK 352 P is an "upcut" machine, primarily used for cutting profile materials made of aluminum cast, copper, and hard plastics (solid materials to a limited extent). The machine is characterized by its user-friendly operation, quick and convenient material changing, and easy miter angle adjustment. The UK 352 P features a continuously adjustable miter range, left up to 45° and right up to 0°. Saw feed is automatic via push button, and material clamping is performed by two pneumatically controlled vertical clamping cylinders. As standard, the machine comes equipped with a minimum quantity lubrication system and an air blow gun for cleaning the machine. Connections for a chip extraction system are provided.

Working Process:
1) Adjust the cutting angle
2) Insert the material
3) Move the clamping cylinders to within 20 mm of the material
4) Pneumatically clamp the material
5) Press the start button to start the saw blade
6) The cut must be made manually with the hand lever
7) After cutting, switch off the machine
