The semi-automatic circular saw UK-400-A is an "upcut" machine and is primarily used for cutting profile materials made from aluminium castings, copper, and hard plastics (suitable for solid material to a limited extent). The machine is distinguished by its user-friendly operation, quick and convenient material changes, and easy mitre angle adjustment. The UK-400 A features a steplessly adjustable mitre range to both the left and right up to 20° (swivel range of two times 70°). The saw feed is automatic and activated by push button; material clamping is performed by two pneumatically operated vertical and horizontal clamping cylinders each. Standard equipment includes a minimum quantity lubrication system and an air blow gun for machine cleaning. Connections for a chip extraction system are present. Additionally, this machine can optionally be equipped with a digital mitre angle display, a marking laser, and pneumatic lifting for the safety guard.
