Deskripsi

The semi-automatic circular saw UK-600-A is an "upcut" machine primarily used for cutting profile materials made of aluminum castings, copper, and hard plastics (to a limited extent, solid material). The machine is characterized by its user-friendly operation and quick, convenient material changes as well as easy mitre angle adjustment. The UK-600 A features a continuously adjustable mitre range to the left and right up to 20° (swivel range two times 70°). The saw feed is fully automatic and initiated by pressing a button; material clamping is achieved via two pneumatically operated vertical and two horizontal clamping cylinders. Standard equipment includes a minimum quantity lubrication system and an air blow gun for cleaning the machine. The machine is also equipped with connections for a chip extraction system. Optionally, the machine can be equipped with a digital mitre angle display, a marking laser, and a pneumatic system for lifting the safety guard.

Our NC pusher system ensures your workpieces are positioned precisely at the desired processing position on our UK 600 HA 90°. A gripper jaw clamps the material, and the NC control automatically positions the material. The clamping and sawing processes are then triggered. All positions are pre-programmed into the controller. Once the machine tool has completed its operation, it automatically advances to the next sawing position. Depending on the workpiece, several parts can be clamped and positioned side-by-side or stacked simultaneously.
