Deskripsi
The semi-automatic circular saw UK 800 HA is an upcut machine, primarily used for cutting profile materials made of cast aluminum, copper, and hard plastics (solid materials only to a limited extent). The machine stands out for its user-friendly operation, rapid and convenient material change, and easy mitre angle adjustment. The UK 800 HA features a continuously adjustable mitre range of up to 20° to the left and right (pivot range of 2 x 70°). Saw feed is automatic by push-button, while material clamping is achieved with two pneumatically controlled vertical and two horizontal clamping cylinders each. Standard equipment for this machine includes a minimum quantity lubrication system and an air blow gun for machine cleaning. Connections for a chip extraction system are provided. Optionally, the machine can be equipped with a digital mitre angle display, a laser marking system, and a pneumatic system for lifting the safety guard.

Work Process
1. Set cutting angle
2. Insert material
3. Adjust feed speed
4. Move clamping cylinders to within 20 mm of the material
5. Clamp material

7. Press and hold both SAW buttons to commence cutting
8. After the cycle is complete, release both SAW buttons and press STOP
9. Open vice and remove or advance material
