Semi-automatic bandsaw for high-efficiency, precision cutting of solid bars and medium to large profiles. The robust frame ensures the machine provides the necessary rigidity and cutting accuracy.

The blade is driven by a motor with inverter control and a special gearbox featuring a bronze gear and a tempered and ground worm screw.

Oversized flywheels properly dimensioned for the application.

Heavy-duty blade guides fitted with sealed bearings and adjustable carbide (widia) pads.

Blade tensioning is achieved via an electromechanical device with microswitch for blade rotation control.

Safety devices fitted on the flywheel guards and blade to prevent accidents.

Cutting width: 1.5 mm.

Cutting range: 60° left / 60° right.

Blade cleaning device with brush.

Hydraulic power pack motor: 0.37 kW.

Recirculation pump: 0.09 kW for blade lubrication/cooling.
