Highly Efficient Series Production

Clamping – Enter cutting size – Start. Automatic saws with material feed are standard for efficient series processing of bar and bundle material. Maximum cutting capacity up to 290 x 320 mm.

Equipment
- Automatic hydraulic sawing machine with NC control
- For cuts from 0° to 60° to the right, compliant with all CE safety regulations
- The unit features 9 programs, each consisting of up to 99 individual steps, for a total of approximately 890 cutting positions, with corresponding piece counter
- Functionality includes: material feed, closing of the fixed vise, blade rotation, distribution of emulsion coolant, lowering of the saw frame until the cut is completed, return of the feed carriage to the pre-set position, saw frame reset, and stopping blade rotation by coolant distribution, cycle repetition
- Hydraulic feed, cut by cut, without length restrictions
- Numerical control of quantity and cutting length
- Hydraulic control unit with adjustable cutting pressure
- Saw blade tension is monitored electro-mechanically via microswitch
- Brush device for band cleaning
- Bimetallic blade 3200 x 27 x 0.9 mm
- Cutting thickness 1.2 mm
- Material feed stroke 600 mm
- Hydraulic unit motor 0.75 kW
- Electric pump 0.09 kW for band cooling
