MADREW AE-400

The AE-400 SERVO edger is designed for longitudinal edging and cutting of side boards supplied to the machine at high speeds (100-400 m/minute).

The machine interfaces directly with feeding and receiving conveyors for boards, operating in fully automatic mode.
The machine is equipped with a board scanner from above and below.

The maximum temporary output of the edger, up to 50 boards/min, can be achieved when cutting 2.5m boards to the same width without altering the saw blade spacing. Any adjustment of the edger’s components to the board’s width changes the throughput. Depending on the operational configuration, the average machine output ranges from 35-48 boards/min.

- Maximum width for cutting into 2 boards: 2 x 100 mm
