LACKIERUNG Extruderkopf aus antihaftbeschichtetem Material. Der Kopf ist mit einem verstellbaren Profilführungssystem sowie Lackzuleitungsverteilern ausgestattet. Sämtliche innenliegenden Komponenten können für eine schnelle Reinigung leicht demontiert werden. Eine doppelte Membranpumpe mit hoher Förderleistung transportiert den Lack aus dem Behälter zum Extruderkopf, komplett mit Edelstahlsieb und Pulsationsdämpfer zur Unterbrechung und Förderung des Produkts. AUTOMATISCHES BEFÜLLSYSTEM Automatisches Befüllsystem für das automatische Umfüllen des Produkts direkt vom Lackgebinde in den Maschinentank. Das System verfügt zudem über einen akustischen Alarm, der einen niedrigen Füllstand im Tank anzeigt. Dank diesem System kann eine minimale Menge des Produkts ständig in Umlauf gehalten werden. Der Zyklus besteht aus folgenden Phasen: 1) Über ein Dreiwegeventil fördert die Zufuhrpumpe das restliche Produkt in einen externen Behälter, bis der Tank vollständig entleert ist. 2) Über den Wasseranschluss (Kundenbereitstellung) wird der Produkttank mit Wasser gefüllt. 3) Die Turbinen werden aktiviert, während das Dreiwegeventil in Arbeitsstellung zurückkehrt, damit die Förderpumpe das saubere Wasser für eine definierte Waschzeit umlaufen lässt. 4) Das Dreiwegeventil geht zurück in Ablassstellung und der Tank wird vom Waschwasser entleert. 5) Das automatische Befüllsystem startet für das neue Produkt.
