ZWECK UND HAUPTFUNKTIONEN DER ANLAGE Die Extrusionslinie zur Produktion von Pulverlack ist Teil eines gesamten Produktionsprozesses und dient der Herstellung von Polymer-Pulverbeschichtungen. Die Extrusionslinie umfasst folgende Verfahrensschritte: Bildung einer homogenen Schmelze des erhitzten Pulverlacks durch Mischen, Formgebung der Schmelze, anschließende Abkühlung des Produkts und dessen Zerkleinerung in feine Fraktionen. 2. Doppelschneckenextruder Typ XTS 35 Der Extruder für die Pulverbeschichtungsherstellung besteht aus: - 24D hydraulisch öffnenden Zylinderhälften oben und unten für schnellen Zugang zu Reinigung, Wartung und Notfallreparaturen der Zylindereinsätze und Schneckenwellen. - Rechteckige Einfüllöffnung zur Dosierung von schwer zu dosierenden Materialien. - Robuste, hochdurchsatzfähige, wassergekühlte Baugruppen mit 5 elektrisch beheizten (je 2 kW Aluminiumbronze-Heizplatten) Temperaturregelzonen für ausgezeichnete Temperaturkontrolle.
